Refund policy
Returns
Vision Buddy offers a 30-day return policy. If for some reason you decide to return the unit we will provide a full refund. Please speak with us before returning your unit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. It should be cleaned, have all components, and no physical damage. It is also preferred to be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
